These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MateFull’s services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MateFull provides self‑service tools that help you prepare and send your compensation claim directly to the airline in your own name. You stay in control of all communication. MateFull is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
How payouts work: compensation funds are deposited directly by the airline into your bank account — MateFull never touches your money and we do not take a percentage.
How you pay for MateFull: you can choose between a €10/month subscription (cancel anytime; includes access to other MateFull travel tools) or a €40 one‑time service fee (charged only if your claim is approved by the airline; billed separately and not deducted from your payout).
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation, and not misrepresent yourself or others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Upon registration, you may receive a personalized MateFull email. You agree that MateFull may send important updates and notifications via this address.
Pricing depends on the chosen mode:
Price: €10/month. Includes unlimited claim creation, AI guidance, tracking in your dashboard, and communication support. No commission is taken on airline compensation when you use Self (you get 100% to your account).
Billing & Renewal. Monthly billing via Stripe, auto‑renewing until you cancel.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or via go@matefull.com. Access remains until the end of the paid period. No pro‑rated refunds unless required by law.
Trials/Promos, Taxes, Price Changes, Failed Payments. As displayed at checkout; taxes may apply; we may update prices with prior notice; unpaid subscriptions may be paused.
Price: €40, charged only if your claim is approved by the airline. This fee is billed separately (e.g., via Stripe) and is not deducted from your compensation; the airline pays the full amount directly to you.
MateFull provides tools and assistance to support compensation claims. While we work to achieve the best outcome, no specific result is guaranteed. Final decisions rest with airlines or competent authorities under applicable rules (e.g., EU261/UK261/ANAC).
MateFull: we provide tools and guidance to support your claim, but we are not your legal representative and cannot guarantee outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
All content on the platform, including AI tools, designs, and text, belongs to MateFull or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part without permission.
MateFull is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Latvian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform alert.
Subscriptions. Payments for the current billing period are non‑refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access remains available until the end of the paid period. Where required by applicable consumer law, we will honor any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights.
To request a refund or dispute a charge, contact go@matefull.com within 30 days of the transaction. Please include your email, payment receipt, and a brief description of the issue.
