Hi, I’m Andrey — a curious traveler and creator who builds useful things after hours and believes travel should be simpler for everyone. I’ve traveled across Europe, Asia, America, Africa — and I’ve seen how chaotic travel can get.
MateFull was born after one frustrating flight delay from Amsterdam to Riga. I was delayed over 4 hours, changed planes twice, and only later discovered I was eligible for €250 in compensation. It took me hours of searching, reading, and figuring things out — but in the end, I managed to submit the claim myself and received the full amount. Most companies wanted 30–40% commission just to do what I had already done alone — and that didn’t feel right.
So I built MateFull to make things fair: an AI assistant that helps you claim what’s yours — with no middlemen, no hidden cuts.
But more importantly, I realized that others deserve the same opportunity — to get their rightful compensation without wasting hours or giving up a big share of it.
